Do you accept returns?
No. Due to our stringent quality control measures and delicate nature of our products, returns are not accepted at PurePep Research.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event of missing, incorrect, or damaged items in your order, please reach out to support@purepepresearch.store for prompt assistance ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Incorrect Address
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers are not eligible for refunds or reshipments, as we solely rely on the information provided in the order form.
Return To Sender
If an order is labeled “Return To Sender” due to address errors, a reshipment or refund cannot be granted, as returned shipments often do not reach us, emphasizing the importance of accurate order details. Should an order return to us, we will reach out to you for the best next steps. However, if the error lies on incorrect order information, there may be a fee to reship to you.
Cancel Order
Cancellations can be requested via email before order shipment as post-shipment cancellations are not possible under normal circumstances.
